We will need to confirm your location details via email or phone to provide the full and final quote. But anything that is within 25km of Wallan, Victoria, will be set to the base price of each service in the comfort of your home. When the travel is over 25km from Wallan, Victoria, this will be adding $50 each 10kms extra. For interstate bookings, flights and (if required) accommodation will be added to the final invoice. Cancellation Policy

There is a booking fee of $150 for every mobile booking. A booking fee will be collected at the time of booking or at booking confirmation time as instructed by invoice. Cancellations: You will need to make a full payment of the appointment 3 days prior the scheduled appointment time. If full payment is not made, the appointment will not go ahead. Keep in mind that rescheduling is always an option. If you cancel the appointment within 3 days of the scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit your booking deposit of $150. Rescheduling: You can reschedule the appointment up to 3 days prior your booking and carry over your booking fee that you have already paid. You can reschedule the appointment within 3 days of your booking, however you will forfeit the current booking fee and be required to pay the $150 booking fee for the new booking time slot to secure that new date. This will all be outlined in a new invoice provided to you. Refunds: If you have made a full payment but due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances the appointment cannot go ahead, you will receive a partial refund which will be outlined in the invoice. Keep in mind that the refund will not include the return of a booking fee, as this payment is to cover the cost of the booked appointment and that NICHI lashes is unable to recover financial loss during that time due to the no show, cancellation or rescheduled allotted time slot.
